BOOKING TERMS
The following terms & conditions apply when a booking or reservation for services is made by a customer with Havu Arctic Holidays.
All of Havu Arctic Holidays´s prices include V.A.T.
Havu Arctic Holidays reserves the right to correct errors in price information before the conclusion of the contract. Confirmed bookings will be charged by invoice, cash, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro or American Express. Customer can pay the reservation when he/she comes to Havu Arctic Holidays.
Accommodation is available to the customer from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12 p.m. on the day of departure. It is expected that the customer will comport him/her/themselves with good manners while residing in/using the accommodation.
Cancellations should always be made in written havuarcticholidays@gmail.com or by phone +358 46 936 7096. Cancellation is free of charge when made at least 4 weeks before arrival. For cancellations done less than 2 weeks before arrival or no show we charge 100%. Customer is liable to pay 100 % of his/her reservation even he/she wouldn't stay all the nights in the accommodation.
Havu Arctic Holidays´s accommodations are non-smoking. If signs or smells of smoking are discovered in accommodation, Havu Arctic Holidays reserves the right to collect a surcharge of 300 euros.
In wintertime you are not allowed to leave windows or door open, or turn off the heating.
Upon departure, the customer will make sure that the windows of the lodgings are closed and the doors locked. The customer whose name is on the reservation shall be liable for compensating, in full, for damages caused to the lodgings or its furnishings during their stay.
Havu Arctic Holidays reserves the right to charge 300 euros,
if a customer losts a key.
All observations and complaints concerning the services must be reported immediately as they occur and directed to Havu Arctic Holidays +358 46 936 7096 or havuarcticholidays@gmail.com. Complaints made later will not be taken into account.
It is recommended that all customers take out their own travel insurance.
Both parties are bound by these terms and conditions. The person making the reservation or booking must be of legal age.
