BOOKING CONDITIONS
The reservation is confirmed when the customer receives our confirmation in writing or verbally
(if the customer does not have an email address).
The customer must pay for his reservation upon arrival either by invoice, cash or payment card;
Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, JCB or AmericanExpress.
Prices include VAT 10%. Havu Arctic Holidays reserves the right to correct
errors in the price information before the contract is created.
Check-in on the day of arrival from 17:00 and check-out on the day of departure at 12:00. Ask about the possibility of flexible check-in or check-out. Pets are allowed.
The cancellation is considered to have taken place at the moment when written or verbal information about the cancellation has been received by Havu Arctic Holidays .
Cancellations 4 weeks before arrival can be canceled free of charge.
The customer is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation price if the reservation is canceled less than 2 weeks before arrival. The customer is obliged to pay for all the nights he has booked, even if he stays elsewhere for some nights during the reservation. No- show is not a cancellation.
Havu Arctic Holidays has the right to cancel the reservation in case of force majeure. If the customer causes danger or disturbance, Havu Arctic Holidays has the right to cancel the customer's reservation immediately.
Havu Arctic Holidays accommodation is non-smoking. Havu Arctic Holidays has the right to charge the customer 300 euros in compensation if there are indications of smoking or similar in the accommodation.
In winter, windows and doors cannot be left open, and the heating must not be turned off completely.
The customer must ensure that the windows are closed and the doors are locked on the day of departure.
Havu Arctic Holidays has the right to collect compensation from the customer if the instructions have not been followed and as a result damage has been caused to the accommodation facilities and/or movable property.
We charge the customer 300 euros for lost keys.
